About

A career spent at the edge of what's possible.

Jaime Waydo is a technology executive, founder, and product leader with more than 25 years of experience building AI, robotics, consumer products, and large-scale engineering organizations.

She previously served as CTO of WHOOP, where she led engineering, product, design, hardware, AI/ML, and research across most of the company. Before WHOOP, she held senior leadership roles at Apple, Waymo, Cavnue, and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, helping develop autonomous vehicles, AI systems, and advanced robotics technologies.

Today, her work is focused on a different kind of challenge: building technology people genuinely want to engage with. Increasingly, that work sits at the intersection of AI, design, and human experience.

Known for leading ambitious, multidisciplinary teams, Jaime brings together deep technical expertise with strong product intuition and creative vision.

In addition to her work in technology, Jaime is an artist and writer whose creative practice influences much of her thinking about design, storytelling, and the future of consumer products.
